The sister spaces, Sunbeam Bagels & The Owl, are hosts to back-to-back murals. Sunbeam Bagel serves hand rolled bagels, sandwiches, soup and salads for breakfast and lunch in a warm welcoming environment. The Owl – Pub and Grill is a neighborhood bar serving craft beer, cocktails and pub fare until late. Jake Mitchell, the owner, enlisted local artist Cliff Collard and owner of Arsenal Tattoo to design and paint “The Sunbeam” named for the morning train from Houston to Dallas. “The Owl” was the return night train from Dallas to Houston. On the other side of the container, is “Mighty Fine in the 979” designed by Beast Syndicate, Jeremy Thompson, and painted by Cliff Collard.
